LESS GUESSING. MORE GROWING.

BEFORE THE CHAIR
Before I ever picked up a pair of shears, I earned my degree in Business Management and worked alongside CEOs at a financial startup, helping streamline operations, implement systems, and scale the business.
That experience completely changed how I looked at success. I learned that being good at what you do is only one piece of the puzzle. Understanding your numbers, creating efficient systems, building a recognizable brand, and delivering a consistent customer experience are what turn a skill into a sustainable business.
When I decided to become a hairstylist, I knew I wanted to approach my career differently. I wasn't interested in just filling my schedule and hoping everything else would fall into place.
I wanted to build something intentional. A business that could grow without requiring me to work around the clock, give me financial independence, and create the freedom I was looking for.

BEHIND THE CHAIR
When I became a hairstylist, I didn't just want to be good at hair. I wanted to build a business that gave me the freedom to actually enjoy my life.
I took everything I'd learned in corporate and applied it to my own business from day one. Within two years, I was a six-figure stylist.
And when life brought me to a completely new city, I had to do it all over again. I rebuilt my clientele in two weeks and welcomed 40 new clients in my first month.
That experience taught me something pretty important. You don't have to start from scratch every time you want to grow. You need to understand what made your business work in the first place.
That's why I started educating. Not because I have everything figured out, but because I know how much easier this industry can feel when someone shares what they've learned instead of making everyone figure it out alone.
